"We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a fairly low key hotel in a low key town but very peaceful and friendly. The owners are very family focussed and there is a children’s toy area in the corner of the small restaurant. There’s a boot room downstairs for storing ski gear (and I believe my bikes in the summer). The set and a la carte menus are good if limited in choice which suited us. It’s necessary to book…as is the case with anywhere in Termignon and the other Val Cenis villages. "

"Took this just to have a place next to a worksite. Very bad management and wrongful advertisement. Place was full of hair on the floor, extremely dirty, smelly, with a bed that looks used and not changed. Be careful! This same agency have other “studio to be booked” in the region. All look like scam. Didn’t stay more than 5 minutes. Requested a reimbursement the next minute I left with picture attached. Shamelessly saying I can’t have any reimbursement 5 days later… "

"Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. "This hotel is awful and disgusting; the smell of mold and dust instantly chokes you as you enter. The bed was hard, the pillows were awful, and the blanket was very thin, making the winter stay extremely cold.
