We were so impressed with our room, our view, the grounds, the decor... it was a shame we only booked one night. "Beautiful old manor, impressive entry to the property. In need of cleaning and extensive maintenance. Beautiful grounds, lots of greenery and extremely lush. Room was very small, but worked. No air conditioning, had to open windows but no screens. Must carry your bags up a very narrow spiral staircase. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, food presentation was excellent. Overall would recommend and would stay again, but would love to see the owners do some overall repairs."

A nice stay at a dated hotel.
"Overall a good stay at the Relais. We chose this hotel because we wanted to view Mont Saint Michel from our room. The view did not disappoint. The hotel does seem dated but we were told they were in the middle of renovations. We also arrived an hour early and they did not allow us to check in early. The hotel is located right next to a shuttle to Mont Saint Michel which was convenient. "
