"Pros:Best hotel hairdryer ever! Beautiful grounds and surroundings. Lovely pool and outdoor facilities if the weather had permitted....Lovely restaurant staff. Be prepared to walk outside a bit to the restaurant, pool, reception and parking. The shower was awkward. Very limited storage space for clothes, luggage, etc. No outlets for charging other than the bathroom. Only one pair of slippers for 2 guests. Basic toiletries. Overall, a gorgeous property. "This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful views and a great location. The owner and staff are wonderful and accommodating. We arrived in the heat of August and our first room would not cool down. The owner moved us to another room with a better air conditioner fairly quickly and was so kind. Breakfast was wonderful - one of the best we had in Italy! This hotel is close to some of the best restaurants as well."

"Lovely large rustic traditional rooms in stunning Tuscan countryside setting. Handy location for visiting the many local historic villages & towns of the area. Excellent breakfast with a large variety of choices & will cook eggs to your order. Lovely swimming pool in the grounds & on-site restaurant. The added benefit was that our 2no dogs were allowed to stay in the hotel"

"The host is amazing and very easy to talk with. She made sure everything was perfect. You should know this place is on top floor so there are 2-3 flights of stairs. It is worth it. Food and shopping near by. She is available anytime for questions. We stayed 3 nights and we would return! Thank you so much for such a great stay!!"

"The owners are amazing. The room was clean, the breakfast was always fresh and homemade. We used the covered outdoor seating area every afternoon to enjoy a bottle of wine and take in the SPECTACULAR view. Anna even shared her delicious Torte recipe with us and we cannot wait to try and replicate when we get home. "

"The proprietor Manfredi was very accommodative, informative about the area and even gave us a tour of the property. The room was exceptionally clean, and with a car only about 2-3 minutes from San Gimignano. The property affords great views of the Tuscan landscape."

"The whole family loved our spacious and well equipped apartment in a beautiful setting with far reaching views. The generous welcome box of essentials was a lovely surprise, as was the delicious bottle of wine. Enjoyed al fresco dining in our own garden area and the kiddies play equipment was much appreciated - as was the fabulous swimming pool. Drive into San Gimignano took just 8 minutes along delightful country road."

"The room we stayed in is charming, clean, and good value, and the view from the terrace is lovely (though we were surprised that a loud, heavily trafficked road lies just beneath it). Our only issue, which others have had before us, was the check-in. Although we'd repeatedly sent our arrival time, when we showed up at the designated tobacco shop to get the key to the room on another street, we had to wait a not insignificant time as workers in the shop tried to rouse the relevant person."

"Amazing property, the staff was so charming and nice all the way. The views in every corner are just so beautiful for amazing pictures and a sitdown with a glass of the Vernaccia Wine from there own Vineyard. I highly recommend the hotel and definitely will be back."
