"It’s one of the best properties we’ve been to. Absolutely fantastic property, location, facilities and staff. Spa and pool is excellent for family to use after a busy day. "

"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"The property is well located on the edge of the pedestrian zone, easy access to restaurants and mountains. The room arrangements are highly unusual with a wall with two doors separating the bed area from the sofa area. The sofa itself was extremely uncomfortable - it can be converted into a bed but the minute you sit on it, the seat cushion keeps sliding out over the front edge. "Extremely friendly and helpful lady on the reception desk called Monia greeted me with a lovely smile on arrival and was very helpful also the next morning at breakfast. She was what made me give all the five stars!! The room was absolutely fine except the pillows which were not comfortable and could be better quality….."
