Everything was fine, staff was a bit confused about resort fees, the lady that checked us in said there weren't any but if we wanted she could charge us (which we knew there was one) but when we checked out the man at the desk said there definately was one and they would just take it out of our security deposit.

Unfortunately not a great experience. My room was located on the 2nd floor of the Promenade Tower with a view of a service area in the courtyard. There was constant sounds of wind as if in a wind tunnel, even in the bathroom which disrupted sleeping. Also no housekeeping services throughout stay

I've stayed here many times (1-3 times a year for the past 10 years). It's always convenient and affordable. On this particular stay I decided to upgrade my room from the standard economy room to a deluxe room. Unfortunately I feel like I wasted my money on the upgrade and in fact got a lesser room than usual. The online (expedia) representation looks like the rooms have nicer furniture and maybe a bigger bathroom as well. This time we stayed in a room that looked the same as what I am used to however it was missing a refrigerator. I questioned the front desk and they offered to bring a refrigerator to the room for an additional per day charge. They also stated that I did in fact have the nicer furniture and a coffee pot which is the extent of the "deluxe" upgrade. All in all, our stay was satisfactory but I don't feel like I received anything extra for the upgraded price point nor do I recall ever going without a refrigerator. I'll stay here again in the future but I'll definitely shop their competitors the next time I want something a bit nicer.
