This property was just okay. The resort fee seemed too high for what was available. It's location away for the other properties in Laughlin created a need for a car if you wanted to go anywhere else. Overall felt tired. The room was fine and clean, but minor problems such as a sink that couldn't be plugged was irritating. The staff was helpful.

My room was clean and fairly comfortable. The shower is very nice. I'm not a gambler, I stayed here out of convenience of location, so walking among the folks on the main lobby/gaming floor made me feel like I had entered a den of sadness. Cigarette smoke was less intense than I expected, but still left me ready to get away to my non-smoking room. The view from my room was the parking lot.

Quality if product at Starbucks and Cinnabon were way below standards. Had to return items purchased at both locations. No good restaurants any more. The buffet and card tables in nonsmoking are gone. Very disappointing.
