"The room smelled like bleach when we arrived. It faded after the first night. The beds were tiny, not what most hotels call a double. The tv turned on but there were no stations to watch-no signal. We told the front desk about the issue and they said someone would come fix it, no one did. We also asked for more towels and never received them. Not a hotel I’ll return to, but also not the worst hotel either. "

"We had booked this property back in Oct 2023 for our March 2024 holiday in Florida , paying all the money up front in October 2023 through Hotels.com .We received a confirmation number from Hotels.com and no further correspondence .
