It was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Lost our reservation. Smelly and duty. Carpets were worn down and filthy. We had a late flight in. Outbreaks we would have liked for a different hotel Slept about 2 hours in our clothes and left early. We do not recommend this hotel. We refer to it as the hotel hell.

They were in the process of remodeling/redecorating so of course there was Some areas that were not up to standard. I’m sure it will be nice when it’s complete. Also we asked for a wake up. Call at 3 AM but did not come through. Fortunately, our cell phones were a back up or we could have missed a flight.

The only positives about this hotel were Naili and Gary, and the ease to the airport. Naili and Gary went above and beyond. From getting us a room early and Gary getting there early so we weren't late for our flight. The room we stayed in (414) had black mold actively growing on the bathroom walls. You could see the mold under the paint and caulk. There was some orange stuff stuck to the wall by the toilet. Wish I could post pictures.

We stayed hear for one night, as it is very close to the Sanford Airport. The hotel is a little tired and could use some attention. What the hotel does have is the nicest staff. A special shout out to Gary who does wonders with the breakfast buffet. His extra special treats are so nice. The people at the front desk are very welcoming.

The hotel was filthy. Mold in the bathroom in the air conditioner and the fan in the bathroom! Hall ways, kitchen area, just everything was nasty. Locals were smoking pot on the patio. Could hear gunshots at night! Pictures of the hotel must have been taken when it was new.

Booked a 2 queen bed room through Expedia, as I was travelling with my child. Get to the property and check in. The woman at the front desk was AMAZING!! Got our room key and went up to the room to unpack. Walked into a room that had 1 king bed. Went back down to the woman at the desk and told her what happened. The hotel had absolutely no other room to put us in. Apparently when I booked the room, the boss of the hotel had changed my reservation on his end. Was offered a cot and took that. The next morning we were offered a room with 2 queen beds. That was from the same woman that had been so helpful throughout. Declined, as it was a handicap accessible room. Save that room for someone that needs it. Asked about getting some sort of a refund for the difference in price and the huge inconvenience. The boss, the one that changed my reservation for no good reason, said they couldn't do a refund because I booked through Expedia. Ended up spending 4 nights on a cot with no compensation. Breakfast was the exact same thing all 4 mornings we were there. The hotel appears very old and run down. Honestly, if it hadn't been for the amazing counter staff, all 4 women that I dealt with, I would have packed up my belongings and left. Then I would have gotten a refund through Expedia. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel for the sheer fact that the manager was so unwilling to right his own wrongdoings. There's more to add, but not enough space to write it.

The breakfast buffet was great!! The room reeked of vinegar, though and baseboards were coming off the walls. Seemed kind of dingy. And the reason we booked this hotel was the free airport shuttle, but apparently that stopped at 5 PM so we were not able to use it for our evening flight.
