Have stayed here a few times and have never had an issue. Clean rooms, cooking utensils available, easy access to restaurants and not too far from the strip makes this location perfect for visitors going to Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

The view is great. The hotel is not well managed. There were two TVs, but did not work. The refrigerator was broken and left open and towel on the floor. There was no shower handle. Communication was good, so the shower handle was fixed the next day. I could not shower the first day.

When I first saw the bathroom sink and shower I only saw one towel so it looked like there were no towels but they were kind of hiding in the bathroom. The freezer was not making ice so I asked the cleaning people and they said that this owner decided to put his own kind of freezer and they seemed kind of annoyed with him. It made noise all night so I had to move it and unplug it. I asked the cleaning ladies where I could get ice because I needed it for my protein drink in the morning and they told me that there were no there was no ice in the hallways and I had to walk across the street to the gas station to get ice. Later I found out I could just go to the bar downstairs and ask for ice. There were plenty of lights in the room but none of them got bright enough to really see when I needed to. A few light bulbs didn't work and they were noises in the walls that didn't let me sleep. The place itself was a bit noisy from the streets. The plus was that it was a nice room but I actually had no idea that I was going to be at a hotel but really not a hotel

There was no water in main bathroom sink as one was broke, the jacuzzi tub never got hot water so was not able to enjoy. Limited t.v. Channels, no control on airflow, was either extremely cold or you shut it off. Was very disappointed and we usually enjoy are time at the Palms.

Me and my wife loved it especially the jacuzzi. The room was awesome and updated. You feel rich just walking in there because there’s Bentleys and rolls roys in the front with the valet parking. The communication was ok we had to go to front desk because phone was broken but it’s quiet and close to the strip and the casino is awesome even tho I lost a crap load of money lol. We loved it and will be staying there again.

Very undermaintained. We only stayed for two nights. The one bedroom suite we got had three TVs but only One of them worked. The handle was missing off the bathroom door so you could see right through. The shower was big and had shower heads on both walls and a rain shower head in the middle but you couldn't use any of that because when you initiated the left side of the shower the hose was blown so it just sprayed out the hose everywhere. All the furniture felt dirty and look like a crazy cat lady live there because everything was scratched up. Then when we called to let them know about all these issues the lady on the phone was extremely rude and could care less and finally end up sending a maintenance person up to fix the shower and the doorknob but it's very inconvenient when you're staying somewhere for 2 days and 4 hours of that you have maintenance people in the room and if you have valuable belongings like we did you Don't really feel comfortable leaving them in there by themselves even though they're probably great people. Overall just spend the extra money and stay at the Delano you will have a million times better experience. The view was great but this is one of the most poorly maintained hotel rooms I have ever stayed in but I heard if you stay in the same hotel but don't use SVS strip view suites the other rooms are a lot more maintained I was informed by someone that worked at the hotel. This is the type of place you want to stay at if you are on an a budget
