I book at the mandalay bay, i didn’t know i was assigned to another property the W it took me 1 hour to find the property. Staff try to assist, but we still were going in circles. Very awful experience, never again.

Actually didn't stay. I had tickets to see Santana at the house of blues in Mandalay bay, but concert was canceled. The concert was refunded. I asked Mandalay bay for refund on reservations and it was denied.

Signage is hard to find. Did not have King bed as reserved didn’t offer anything for not having correct room. Keys didn’t work in elevator had to go to front desk 3 times to rekey. Bathroom dusty and shower had mold the beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable! The fridge charge is ridiculous no free coffee or fridge in room is unheard of. Wanted to charge $50 to leave something in mini fridge and charge for coffee in room. The parking fees are ridiculous the Citizen cafe had awful service we actually got up and left. The sea breeze cafe waiter was wonderful and food was amazing service was great! Mandalay Bay needs a renovation.
