Definitely older decor and not what I was expecting from pictures. Dark and noisy hallways and questionable safety in surrounding neighbourhood. Never did see pool or patio areas

This timeshare is a little gem just two blocks from the south end of the Strip. Clean, quiet, and a wonderful respite from the crowds and noise! Absolutely recommend!

Had roaches. Found one in our bed. Shower head leaked. Staff was more interested in sending me to the time share counter than telling me about what the resort offers. Operates like more of a hotel than a resort. Laundry was closed. Food credit option is a scam. Expedia basically stole $7. Overall it met our needs but wouldn’t go back.

Property was nice. Room was a little outdated and can use an update. Very loud in the hallway and walkway in the room we were in. Large carts from house keeping and maintance and guest luggage are very loud on the hard hallway floor with groves in it so you hear everything that goes by with wheels. Woke us up several times. But other then that for the price it was a decent stay.

Desert Rose exceeded my expectations! I chose this location due to its proximity to the southern strip and decent prices. It was super convenient with how close it was! I was a little disappointed when I was informed that their pool and hot tub would be closed during our stay but it ended up being such a great situation for our family of 8 even without the pool. Kitchen was stocked with everything basic that we needed. They had a ping pong table, corn hole, pool table, and games to check out from the front office. The beds were comfortable including the pull out sofa. We felt very safe as all gates had locks and needed key card to access. They even had some fun daily activities planned for visitors. They gave us great info about vegas when checking in and all the staff were completely kind and helpful. It is close to the airport but I only noticed some noise from there a few times. We loved our stay and we recommend this hotel whole heartedly!

Great place to stay with family! The small kitchen is incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with kids. The pool was great, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax. Location is also fantastic. Just a short walk to the Strip. Highly recommended!
