"The internet is seriously slow. If you use international mobile phone, their wifi cannot surf internet websites or app such as WhatsApp or Facebook. Hotel is too Chinese and catered to local guest. Not friendly for international guest despite being an international brand hotel. I dislike the open toilet concept. Even even the sliding door can separate the toilet and room, I dislike the design. "I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The service across the board—from the front desk to housekeeping to the executive lounge—was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was patient, attentive, and detail-oriented. A special shout-out to Ada from the executive lounge, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Her exceptional service stood out and added a personal touch that was much appreciated. The hotel’s location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the night view of the city skyline from our room was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect way to wind down after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel for both its service and its prime location. I look forward to staying here again!"

"This was an OK hotel but it’s the little things that matter. English was non existent with the staff, the heating/cooling in the room wouldn’t adjust and it was on 25 degrees the whole time when it was 35 outside. At times it felt hotter inside the hotel than outside, even in the foyer. As for the breakfast offering, well that was just plain bad. Won’t stay here again"
