"We were greeted by friendly helpful reception staff who offered us the only room they had available at 11.30 in the morning. We declined and said we would wait as it was an accessible room. Our luggage was stored for us and our room was ready when we returned later in the day. It was a large, comfortable room with everything we could need for a nice stay. "The overwhelming problem with this hotel is the lack of air-conditioning. It was a hot day and although a fan was provided it was impossible to sleep in the heat. Other than that the hotel is OK and there is a very nice restaurant next door. The car park is very 'tight' especially when people park other than in the designated car parking spaces."

"An old complex that looks like it hasn't seen any work done on it since 1980. Awful rooms. Terrible area, nothing to do. I was looking forward toa swim after my week long bike ride from Bordeaux but the poolm was closed, no reason given. Absolutely terrible place to stay, avoid."
