This hotel was absolutely amazing! The pirate decoration throughout was second to none. It is easily walkable to the beautiful local beach but there is a shuttle bus direct from the hotel. The waterpark is fantastic as well!

Super fun pirate vacation
Stayed here with my family and had the best time. This hotel is amazing, the level of detail throughout the whole hotel and waterpark is beyond anything I’ve seen before. Staff were amazing, rooms were amazing, everything was clean, waterpark was super fun. The kids loved the wave pool. We took the shuttle bus that the hotel provided to the beach one day and it was lovely, not too crowded, and staff made it very easy to get there. Hope to come back here one day.

Rien a dire, le décor était magique, et le personnel agréable.Si je peux donner un seul petit conseil c'est qu'au prix des chambres ils peuvent nous offrir les 3 boissons dans le frigo, voir même une petite bouteille de champagne à notre arrivée.

Un week end fabuleux malgré le temps dimanche après midi. L’hôtel est splendide rempli de détails. Les décors sont fabuleux. C’est immersif. Le parc aquatique est génial. Pour tous les âges. La chambre parfaite le jardin magnifique et le jacuzzi… délice! Petit bémol. Le restaurant du soir. Cuisine passable et chère. Mais le spectacle nous a fait oublié le repas. Bravo. Nous y retournerons.

Bon concept pour l'hôtel Gâché par un manque de professionnalisme des surveillants dans le parc. Mon fils de 3 ans a fait une chute de 2 mètres de haut alors que nous étions 1 mètre derrière lui. En montant les escaliers d'une attraction du parc il se tenait à un filet qui sert de garde de corps et il est passé à travers car il y a un trou dans celui-ci. Vous me direz que cela peut arriver avec l'usure. Nous avons immédiatement averti un maître nageur qui nous a fait répéter car il avait ses écouteurs, il nous répond qu'il allait remonter le problème et à remis ses écouteurs. Vu son sérieux nous avons été en voir un autre qui nous à répondu: " qu'ils savent et ne font rien" et nous a dit de nous rapprocher de la réception. Nous avons été 4 fois à la réception, ils nous disent que c'est la direction du camping qui gère, que ça va être remonté etc... En 3 jours aucune intervention. La 4eme fois je leurs ai dis que j'allais laisser un avis google afin de tracer l'information au cas où un malheur arriverai à un enfant comme ça chacun prendra ses responsabilitées Par chance le notre à eu juste des égratignures. Nous avons eu le ressenti que ce complexe veut juste rentrer de l argent sans servir en retour. On a voulu également changer nos serviettes de plage à l accueil on a été orienté vers la laverie.. un 4 étoiles à ce prix. De plus parc aquatique sale, mégots... Les mettres nageurs sur leurs téléphones au lieux de surveiller les enfants. ( photos et vidéos à l appui).

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable sauf quelques défauts. Points forts : propreté, confort, décor, parc aquatique et son complexe, service de navette gratuite pour déposer à la plage de l’hôtel à la demande, Points faibles: hôtel très cher pour les prestation proposées. Presque 1500€ pour 3 nuits sans petit déjeuner pas d’après shampoing pas de pantoufle pas de peignoir, pas de service hôtelier dignes d’un 4 étoiles. Le conditionner c’était pour les chambres a presque 1000€ la nuit?! (Bon la réceptionniste a été sympa elle nous en a fourni) Coffre fort qui ne fonctionne pas , téléphone de la chambre non plus, pas de son dans la tv qui a été réparé après avoir demandé à deux reprises, et le pire du séjour était le restaurant de l’hôtel l’organisation compliquée qu’on a excusé à cause de la météo douteuse mais le repas n’était clairement pas bon le service était mauvais, les serveurs étaient débordés pourtant très gentils, mais ils ne pouvaient se couper en 10 trop peu pour le nombre de personne. Cependant le spectacle pendant le dîner était très appréciable ainsi que les acteurs qui faisaient participer le public. En résumé j’ai adoré le séjour sauf rapport qualité prix qui n’est clairement pas à la hauteur à cause certaines prestations.

Le mot incomplet , manque chaises dans cuisine 3 pour 4 personnes ! Idem couvert 3 fourchettes pour 4 aucun sous plat ni planche à découper, peu de vaisselle et il a fallu 3 fois pour avoir enfin une 4 eme fourchette au bout de 2 jours. Pomo de douche pas réglable cassé , table patio cassé tout comme le cendrier. Jeux ps toutes les manettes défectueuses pas possible d y jouer ! Et lpas de surf dans le complexe comme annonce dans vidéo. Sinon bonne literie cadre sympas personnelle très gentille mais manque de communication. Attendait un geste commerciale pour les enfants du style une partie escale game par temps de pluie mais rien . Malgré le décor on est pas en Amérique et on manque je pense de savoir faire sur le service au vu du prix des chambres !

Heel vriendelijk personeel, de kamers waren heel proper! Maar het spektakel eten ‘s avonds was niet lekker. Ons zicht naar zwembad was toe met dode palm takken. Ons terras had geen loungset maar 1 ligbed. De surf atractie bleek al 3 jaar buiten dienst… de mooiste glijbaan was weg. Niet alles was elke dag open. Lounge bar nooit opengeweest. ‘s avonds was het doods. Was het leuk ja maar wij komen geen 2de keer.
