I definitely recommend the Atlanta for someone who doesn't want to spend too much and doesn't expect high-end furnishing etc. You can hear the trains - not too much - but if that bothers you, you can close the window at night and there is no outside sound at all. "Nice hotel with excellent staff, good location, and a GREAT restaurant. Parking was easy for inner city and everything we wanted to see and do in Hanover was withing easy walking distance. Rooms are a little dated, no a/c, but we were comfortable nonetheless. Cannot say enough about the restaurant and bar because it was a huge surprise. The two best meals we had on a week-long trip throughouth northern Germany and service was outstanding."
