Broken soap in the drain. No connecting phone to lobby. No shampoo, no conditioner, no hair dryer. Someone tried to break into my room by attempting to open the window. Staff didn't allow me in the lobby and it was freezing cold outside. I asked for a quiet location and it was extremely noisy. I asked for housekeeping not to wake me during the day, one came anyway. The only good thing was the security and staff was polite.

This place is close to my mom’s home and it’s cheap. I didn’t expect much. So I booked a room for 2 nights during Christmas. On Christmas Eve I wanted to extend my stay.. so I did… using the expediadia app. I paid and everything was done… or so I thought. This rude older heavy set white woman at the window was soooo rude. She claimed I owed an additional fee because my room was 2 bed instead of one. I explained and showed her there was no price difference when booking. She told me there was and that they don’t charge it until you get to the hotel. I had been staying two nights and this had only become a “thing” when I book a 3rd night. Mind you it was Christmas Eve. So I asked her to provide me with any litterature showing the price difference. Anything on paper that shows what she is saying is correct and the app is wrong. She said “I don’t have to book you reservation do you want it or not, I’ll give you a receipt but I don’t have to provide any thing else in writing”. I was so offended and so angry. I paid it and stayed only because I didn’t want to repack and move hotels. She treated a paying customer this way on Christmas Eve. I wish I had her name. All I have is the description I gave before. She said she was a manager. Beware of this place… especially if you’re looking for (even) bare minimal customer service.
