"Wow Wow Wow!!! This hotel is underpriced!!! The service, the food, transportation, and the room are so amazing!!!! Especially, they have cats working for guest relations! The white one is the receptionist, the orange one is the restaurant manager, and the white&grey is the hotel manager! They are the most lovable cats in Thailand! I highly recommend to stay here! The room is huge! Nice and clean! 10/10/10!!!!"

"Great place to stay. We stayed for 5 nights for both remote working and exploring Chiang Mai. Sky River pool is great but lacks any shade from the sun. 7-Eleven right across the road is very convenient. Gym is small with max 25kg dumbells. 20 Minute walk to Old City. Check-In and Check-Out was easy, and there is a tourist information office at the bottom of the building."

"Stylish, spotless and well-appointed location a 10-min walk from the old city. Spacious room, excellent and accommodating staff, cheap laundry machines, great breakfast. My only knock is that rooftop pool was only open until 7pm and that area has some ugly bunched-up astroturf issues. Overall, this place is an outstanding value."

"The condo we stayed out was beautiful, spacious, and relaxing. The room facilities were clean, organized, & helpful for us travelers. "A truly awful experience at the most poorly stocked vacation property I have ever rented. The property overlooks a terribly rundown neighborhood. Upon arrival, the front door lock was broken. The woman at the front desk argued with me for 20 minutes before calling a locksmith to do the repair. The fan for the A/C in the bedroom was barely blowing even at the highest setting. On day 2 they claimed to have a repair man at the property but the A/C fan was still very weak. I had to leave the A/C in...
