"we chose this hotel because its "close to the beach". well the resort part of the hotel is. but in the information and location, its posted as on Lamai Beach. when we checked in there, they brought us to another location about 5 minutes away from the beach. the neighborhood is nice, but you need to rent a scooter to get anywhere on the island. they said we could use the pool and beach area of the resort, but its awkward since we're not really welcomed there. we did not get water everyday, and...

"Clean convenient location "

"I have been going to tis property for 6 years It has not changed. Tv`s didn't work then , useless now, lights not working or that you could not switch off at night. The hotel is in a great location but requires refurbishment immediately. Its desperate for some money spending on it. Booked and paid for through Expedia but staff not aware we were arriving or if it had been paid for. Requires attention !"

"Magical place . Old school Thai. Dreamy beach. Not touristy. Amazing breakfast. The property needs a little bit of a paint in places but that was all part of the charm. Suite and pool were huge. "

"The room was nice and clean. The full bed was 2 twins pushed together on a large platform that was not level. I needed to sleep with my head at the foot end of the bed. The TV was not working. The clerk said the cable TV was out on the entire block. I had no TV during the entire day and night. The air conditioning did not get cold. I cleaned the filters myself and there was improvement. The wifi was a hot spot and which made the wifi very weak on the upper floors. Even though this is a 3 star...
