"Ari and Mark did a wonderful job making us feel welcome at their cute bed and breakfast. The location is convenient to the downtown area of Sayville and the train stop. The amenities were comfortable, clean, and tidy and the bathroom had lots of hot water at a good water pressure. Each morning, we enjoyed the good conversation and continental style breakfast, especially the baked goods. The items on the extended breakfast menu were very delicious as well. "Honestly this would have been a 5-star review, I just had an unlucky stay. The property was very clean, lobby, rooms, bathrooms, etc. My very first night the electric in my room went out. Staff was very responsive and switched my room immediately. The next morning I walked out the room to an overwhelming smell of weed and the person next door screaming and banging. Again, the staff heard my concerns and moved swiftly. Geo, the manager, gave me a call the night before check out and was apologetic...
