"I stayed due to my work truck being in the shop, I stayed 2 days and really enjoyed it! The hotel is clean and quiet, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast selection was good but not really to my liking, there is a gas station, IHop, McD's, and other places nearby to get food. There is a Kohl's within feet of the hotel if you need anything as well. I was at peace & felt safe during my stay and would be happy to stay again if in the area."

"Everything was great with the exception of the eggs at breakfast. They are circular egg patties and they are the worst egg I have ever tasted. Best western should consider going back to scrambled eggs."

"Property will benefit from deodorizing the rooms and hotel in general. It had a bad smell everywhere. Also water was terrible. Smelled like sewer!!! "

"Property could use a bit more TLC. I must commend the wonderful housekeeping staff member that returned my wedding ring to the front desk for her honesty and kindness and the front desk staff for getting a hold of me asap. "

"We first looked at the Motel across the street. It was terrible! Lake Roy was a nice clean facility the staff was very friendly, the only thing was we had to stay in a upstairs room and im handicap. They do not offer an elevator! Over all it was good ! "

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Extreme thorough. They explained every expectation every step of the way. Nothing was left to worry about. The condo was fantastic. Highly recommend. Just one item of consideration. One car garage, the driveway fits 2 more vehicles. But no on street parking. Over flow parking was nearby. "

Nice stay

"Quick check in and VIP free breakfast. Clean rooms, bed was comfy. Buffett breakfast had several choices and coffee and juice. Too cold to use the pool but it looked nice. I would stay here again. "
