"We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "

"The property has fantastic views and is central. Cant be beaten from that aspect but there could certainly be improvements made. It is dated, the shower is terrible, it is extremely hot during the evening due to no aircon thus making for an uncomfortable sleep. The site says they supply toilet paper and soap which they do - one roll and one very small bar of soap. For a stay of 4 days it was nowhere near enough. "

"Accès très compliqué du fait que la rue est très passante et qu il n y a pas de dégagement pour se garer! Le parking est à 700m. Logement à étages, rdc salle d eau et chambre simple + double, niv 1 cuisine et salle à manger canapé lit, niv 2 1 chambre double, on passe son temps dans les escaliers . Suggestion: mettre un canapé lit dans la pièce du sous sol niv-1, pour les jours de grand chaud car au 2eme c'etait une fournaise! Sinon équipements de qualité!"

"Das Haus ist sehr sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und der Garten bietet viel Platz. Unsere Kinder konnten sich austoben. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und die Vielfalt an schöne Blumen und Bäume kann ich bestätigen. Kaktus, Bananenbaum, Zitronenbaum, Aloe Vera Pflanze... Die Züge haben uns kaum gestört.
