"We arrived to the hotel via train & bus with a one-night booking and dinner reservations upon our arrival time. The hotel was closed with lights off and no one in sight. We had to call multiple times to get anyone to answer, and finally, we had someone answer and share that they had an issue with the fire alarm so they had to shut down. "This hotel was amazing. It was very clean. More than that the service we received was exemplary. We hadn’t booked parking as we thought it would be available. The staff made extra effort to find parking with their sister hotel. Even did valet service for us by, as we found out at checkout, the GM Marc himself! What a wonderful hotel! "Ameron has great location and it's very close to the train station and the Chapel Bridge. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the room includes good breakfast with big variety. However, there were two issues during our stay: 1) As a family of 4, we booked two rooms. "This was an awesome hotel. 10' walk from train station and no stairs (however, there are cobblestones). The front desk staff were particularly awesome. I forget her name, but one of the ladies was so helpful when my husband needed some medical help. Very much appreciated! The only small negative is that the soap dispensers were VERY hard for me to squeeze (both shower & sink) to get soap dispensed - but I do have arthritis :( Other than that, don't hesitate to book these lovely, yet affordable hotel."
