"We had an incredible stay. The room was spacious and clean. Food was excellent, the staff very friendly and ready to help. The spa is lovely. We loved it so much that we considered coming again for a short stay during the Summer as well. The only small inconvenience I would say, the ski in and out is not really accurate, you have to walk about 3-5 min to the slope. Otherwise everything was absolutely top notch. "

"Our family of 4 (2 boys under age 12) stayed here one night on our trip through the Dolomites. The family room with the bunk bed was perfect for our family. The views were AMAZING! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the included breakfast was delicious. We opted not to have dinner, but that was available. The views alone are worth the trip!"

"Young woman at reception desk was wonderful and very helpful. Only negative was worker repairing floor next to reception desk. It would’ve been nice if he could have stopped drilling while we were talking as it was incredibly annoying and difficult to hear when the receptionist was trying to help us. Great location for buses to the tram (Tofana) and gondola (Faloria), very easy walk to town, great breakfast, excellent bar and restaurant, interesting spa area. The rooms are a little dated but the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Overall, great value and excellent experience."
