Need to tighten security. On our first night a homeless person slept in front of our room. They need to put a security door all entrance door.

Staff were very nice. The gardens were pretty and well maintained. The area was safe with restaurants nearby. The property itself is dated, the bedsheets are worn out! it looks like they painted the rooms recently. Housekeeping should do a better job getting the dust bunnies under the bedside tables and closet. I asked them to clean the bathroom air filter and they did. There is continental breakfast. I would go back. It’s pretty reasonably priced for the area.

We loved our stay! We were meeting friends in Laguna Beach and were looking for a more affordable option with east parking. We were so happy when we arrived to see a clean room and beautiful grounds. Breakfast was a bonus! We will definitely return!

We’ve stayed here before. The staff is very personable and helpful. Rooms are clean. Location is central to lots of restaurants and shopping. About a 20 minute drive to Laguna Beach.

this is a very nice property. The rooms are roomy comfortable and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. close to the trolley that goes to downtown Laguna which I would recommend as parking downtown is impossible. The trolly and trolley parking are free! There were restaurants in walking distance and it was close to freeways. I would stay again.

Everything was great except for one thing . We got there at 1045 am and our room was ready but they would only let us go in if we paid an extra $35 . If we did not pay we had to wait until 12 to get our keys . I think that is really just trying to get more money and horrible policy. If the room is ready we should be able to use it and if it is not ready then we would need to wait for it and no one gives me any money back. I paid for a room and if it is ready I should just get the keys !!

Checking in was fantastic, the receptionist was nice and straightforward :) Room barely looked clean though but I will give the benefit of the doubt that it was a rare occurrence as I have heard great things from the people around. I would definitely consider staying again the next time I’m in the area. :)
