Our flight was delayed and we would be arriving after reception closed but the staff stayed in contact to make sure we knew the taxi would be waiting at the airport and that we would be able to gain entry. "DO NOT STAY AT KEREM VILLAS. They are deceptive and misleading. They advertised many facilities they in-fact do not have such as a hot tub, spa, 4 outdoor pools, children’s playground, children’s pool, games room, golf, bike riding & the list goes on. None of the facilities are available at there villas yet they advertise them to be & mislead their guests.
