"A few min. walking to metro, lots restaurants nearby, safe. No elevator, bathroom too small, water leak from shower so the entire floor is wet. No hot breakfast, they deliver a bagged cold breakfast. There’s school behind the bldg, a restaurant downstairs, can be noisy."

"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. "Le Printemps is a small, "boutique" hotel in a quiet neighbourhood (Picpus), yet well-connected to central Paris by public transportation—bus and subway stops are just a few feet away. This being Paris, rooms are on the small(ish) side, but perfectly appointed and clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Excellent value overall, especially "single" rooms if you travel alone."

"Loved the property it was out of the city and took about 40 mins to an 1hr to get to any one of the tourists locations. Look kinda sketchy outside but its a very nice area. I was on the hiway side and with both windows close couldn't hear anything. Very diverse neighborhood. Staff were very patience with customers and could communicate in English ...highly recommend "
