"They need better training. The staff is below average, with no manners or courtesy of any kind. The valet person walked away from us when my disabled mom was taking a little longer to get out of the car. The receptionist was rude when we called to get information about parking. The refrigerator in the lobby was empty when we arrived, and they just refilled it on Saturday afternoon with all warm drinks. The breakfast is okay, but the setup is inconvenient, with guests and staff crossing as people...

"Very clean place. Our room was below ground and had no windows, we lived this because it was quit, cool, and dark (with lights out. We got really good rest. The location of this was excellent. Literally 1 block from Alamo, and 2 blocks to Riverwalk. I will stay here again."

"In general very good, hotel has a Riverwalk exit and also a restaurant right by the Riverwalk on the quieter side, which makes breakfast or dinner a lot more enjoyable. Especially if you like a more romantic atmosphere. I could say this hotel could be a 10, but what it let down is that the WC had a rim and bedroom wall should have soundproof, we could hear the talk of the next room."
