"We had a lovely stay at the Royal Sunset Beach Club. I had a one bedroom apartment and my friends stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable and very well-equipped. "Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! "Had a great stay here. Staff all extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us , from the receptionist on arrival, to the cleaners , to the breakfast staff - nothing was too much trouble. "Muy buena ubicación! Las habitaciones son sencillas pero cómodas, no tiene aire acondicionado pero Santa Cruz es fresco por la noche. Tiene ventilador y la nevera funciona perfectamente! "This is my third visit to the property. There are major construction works under way for a major development and the sound and sights of a construction sight spoilt what would have been a stunning view. The property itself is starting to show signs of wear, for example the wardrobe draw unaligned . This may seem petty but it’s the small details that are important for a property of this calibre . "

"The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed each day . The area is safe to move around and the restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. I loved that the supermarket was only 2mins away and open until 9/ 10pm in the evenings. "We had a really nice stay at Sol Sun Beach. Nice hotel, great apartment, friendly staff and very good location. The breakfast buffet was good The only down sides were, the Wi-Fi was weak or non existent in most spots so make sure you have plenty data. "Brilliant stay at the hard rock hotel. 3 pools to choose from, manage to get a lounger no problem. Breakfast was brilliant and you could get a mimosa as you came in to breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the singers that were on in the evenings, particularly the Queen tribute band. This hotel is a bit further out but we got a taxi for about 22 euros into las americas one night. Check out staff were helpful and stored our luggage and let us keep the towel card until we were leaving. On check in they tried to charge us but we had already paid on Expedia, the manager sorted this and said it was an error on their systems, worth having your booking confirmation handy in case of any issues. We loved our stay! "

"Despite the large size of the property, the grounds were clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our room (489) was excellent and we would request it in the future. Dining was everything promised. The seafood was excellent. Sea salt-encrusted sea bass is a MUST! We had a minor issue that one of the property managers, Manuel more than addressed. He promptly corrected the matter and extended a beautiful, private seating with the sunset in the background with champagne and rose pedals all around us. Great property and great location. We will be coming back to Ritz, Abama. "

"We have been to the GF Fanabe on many occasions as this hotel suits us very well and we would have no hesitation in returning. The hotel retains many of its staff over a number of years and it is always good to see them again and meet new ones. We love the adult only roof space but it is becoming increasigly difficult to find a sun lounger. People put their towels on them but dont use them for most of the day, and while this is not the fault of the hotel, it should perhaps be monitored. The dining area is large with a number of food stations but can be quite busy. The food is varied and really should suit all tastes. I do think that hotel must be due for a refurbishment as it is looking a bit dated now"
