We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. Not only that, the shuttle was not marked "Holiday Inn" . So by the time I got my luggage from my flight, to my room, it was just over an hour.
