"This is a campground. We stayed in a mobile home. The mobile home was a bit grimy. They have a good restaurant, though. If you are coming in from the Via degli Dei, go around on the road. The gate on the Via degli Dei doesn’t let you in unless you call them and someone comes to open it. They do have a free shuttle to the train station. "

"Urbana 13 was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful stay. Walkable to City Center. As city dwellers ourselves, we had a ball walking around and popping into various stores and restaurants. Friendly neighborhood and fun sites to see. Transportation to travel outside the city were easily accessible. "

"Its in a great location but we were on the top floor of 4 flights of very steep stairs trying to carry heavy suit case. there was no help from the girl who showed us the room. We are elderly and probably shouldnt have booked a place with such steep stairs. But the location was absolutely perfect and the room was charming. "Far from everything we wanted, train, airport and city centre. Room was a nice size and clean, but we found it hot and even with the thermostat in the room we could not get it under 24C. Too warm for us, but I know that others would like it. Overall, a nice hotel and friendly staff."

"I became extremely sick after arriving and the woman at the front desk was so helpful in getting me a hot meal from next door. I felt so taken care of and safe as a solo traveler abroad. The hotel is beautiful and in a convenient location. Breakfast is also a lovely experience with lots of offerings! "

Breakfasts were good, and the hotel resturant menu looked excellent although we had already booked other restaurants for dinner. Unfortunately the bathroom in our room flooded every time we used the shower, and the heating wasn't easy to control without asking reception to do it. Overall a great little hotel, and any shortcomings were easy to ignore given the lovely staff."
