"The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. The various lawn games throughout the property were a hit for our family. "The hotel is well located. 20 min walking distance to old town. 10 min to various restaurants at the beach. A Michelin recommended good restaurant on site. The staff is friendly, especially Enrique at the front desk. The hotel room is clean but the bathroom is small, furniture and decor could be upgraded or renewed. "

"Have stayed many times . End of season blues ? Maybe . Many wasps and ants ( biters. ! ) when dining and by pool . Outside dining / bar areas not always clean or washed . Fixtures and fittings looking a bit tired ( sunbeds , etc ) . Overall , still good ( Excellent Spa ) and helped by its golf facility ."

"The hotel is in a great location between Puerto Banus and San Pedro right at the beach. We were staying jn a suite which although clean with great space was a bit tired in places abd definitely needed a rewire, sockets not working or coming out wall. The bed was really hard and very uncomfortable fir me personally. The staff were very attentive and the food was ok. "

Never go to the Don Juan

"I initiated a chat last night with Navdeep and I am still awaiting a reply. I started another conversation this morning with another CSR and have received no communication. This hotel is not as described and I am looking for a refund for last night and the next two days. We have nowhere else to go and I am in business meetings all day today and tomorrow. Let’s just say that the hotel is not as advertised. There are no bars, no restaurant, no reception. The place is a mess. The first apartment we were shown was insecure, the window to a common hallway would not lock. We are now on a 1st floor with a TV which does not work, there is no air conditioning."
