"The hotel is located in a very small village and is far away from main cities in the area of the Dolomites. The room was very small, the smallest we had in Italy in 10 days trip where we stayed in 6 different hotels or B&B. There were no non-smoking rooms in the hotel and the room had very heavy disgusting smell. We asked for another room and but it smelled the same. The maid service was terrible, did not change our towels once during our 5 day stay there, they even took my large towel after my first night there and never brought me another one even after I complained to them. It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent.
