"This large hotel is rather dated in style. It could be a large hotel anywhere in the USA of a standard bland design. We waited two hours to check in. On arrival in the room the safe didn't work nor did the refrigerator but it did have a lovely view, though once again we were allocated this room only after I insisted that this is what we had requested. "Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food and service was very good. Good location to walk to metro station and other main neighbourhood/attractions. Property could use some updates to make the overall experience more enjoyable (e.g. showerhead needed replacing). Depending on the room you are in, it could be very noisy at times, particularly the music from rooftop restaurant. Would not recommend this hotel if you are an early riser or light sleeper."

"Transferred here after the Mercure down the road did not have the rooms we reserved. This hotel is lovely, has a great atmosphere, very friendly staff, a great breakfast and restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be near the City centre."

"Renovated but poor quality. Looks good from far but far from good. Hook for towel in shower barely holding. Shower head broken off, had to use rain shower- no choice. Wifi only in “living room” but sofa is bottomed out. May be a pull out bed but was very old. Didn’t sit on it. No work desk space for laptop. Overall all I needed was a clean bed to sleep and that was great. "

"El hotel esta ubicado en zona céntrica. Todo el personal del área de recepción siempre está muy atento, son amables y serviciales. Solo tengo algo que señalar, al momento de realizar el check in te facilitan un número teléfonico para poder comunicarte al área de recepción por medio de WhatsApp. En dos ocasiones escribí para asistencia y no respondieron. No hago el señalamiento como crítica ya que pude resolver, pero sí como un área a mejorar para beneficio de la comunicación con futuros huéspedes. Sin dudar lo recomendaría!"
