"This hotel does not look at all like the photo. There is no complementary breakfast like stated and our room barley had a window it was just shutters. There were also amoke burns everywhere making it feel unsafe. I unded up purchasing sheets from target to cover the bed. Thankfully no bugs of any kind and free parking. "

pool area is very nice for this level of hotel. Housekeeping did walk in on us without knocking after we checked in. My only other issue was that the shuttle picking us up was an unlabeled van, and the driver was very abrasive.. The location is excellent and the value is also excellent for this hotel."

"Quick check-in, very easy transport from KAX. Spacious clean and comfortable room. Loved the
pool and hot tub. The only area that was disappointing was the limited menu restaurant. Would definitely stay again however, just take an uber to one of the restaurants the staff recommended. "

"I was really pleasently surprised by this hotel. Ignore the negative reviews like I did. Hotel lobby is lovely and clean and the staff very welcoming. Check in was a breeze and then i dropped the car off at the adjacent, secure car park. Room was dated but very much comfortable and plush.
Pool was great, hot tub maybe needs a little clean. Good gym area. Theres a mcdonalds a 2 min walk across the road. Breakfast was waffles, scrambled eggs, sliced sausage, yougurts, fruit and oatmeal. Coffee is...
