"The staff there are amazing. Made our stay extremely comfortable and welcoming. There is a Nova supermarket right next door, which was extremely convenient and also walking distance to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are very cozy and quiet. Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby. "I have just spent a month at the Ibis city centre Kyiv. The hotel and staff were excellent in very difficult circumstances. The hotel continued with dining facilities and laundry despite constant air raid alarms and power difficulties. How the staff keep such happy smiling faces with all that must be going on in their own lives is incredible. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff and thank them for a wonderful stay in a wonderful country. I fully recommended the Ibis city centre to anyone staying in Kyiv. "

"Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay here every time I come to Kyiv. "
