"I have stay at Green Deer Premium with 2 teenage daughters. We were mesmerised by the quality and professionalism the property and the owners offer. "We had a lovely stay for two nights. Positives: -Short walk into town centre -Well equipped, the apartment had everything we needed -Lovely & helpful staff at reception -Comfy bed -Gorgeous view onto street Negatives: -Shower seal wasn’t amazing so the water did slightly leek onto the floor -Small towels, which doesn’t help if you are cleaning up water! "

"In the hallway there is a smell of garbage. There is no cleaning of the rooms and they don’t even empty the trash. The location is nice. House is nice. You can hardly see any staff in the reception. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours. Otherwise nice stay."

"The room was a nice size to accommodate our family of five. It wasn’t really dirty, but we did find a couple of cigarette butts under things. The biggest problem was that the hotel and restaurant staff were done super early. So, we didn’t have any dinner options after 6pm. "We spent three nights at this property in the beginning of December and it was fantastic. There were three adults who each required their own bed. The room could sleep four and had an incredible balcony overlooking a town square. The market/main drag is just a few hundred feet away. Staff was amazing. On site Italian restaurant was amazing."

"A fantastic hotel in Zakopane. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and well equipped amenities. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were all so helpful. As we were there in the shoulder season, the upper floor area sitting area wasn't fully functional, but offered amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Would highly recommend this property to anyone considering this gem of a mountain town."
