"I absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were absolutely fantastic, the food from the restaurant was incredible, and the area around the hotel was beautiful and exciting to explore. Unfortunately, I didn't have an opportunity to use the public bath facility, so I can't say anything about that. "This was a very strange place. It is rather isolated and the rooms are not in an enclosed structure rather it has several floors around an open courtyard - reminded me of a prison building. This was fine in the summer but would be cold in the winter. The hotel as obviously seen better days - there has been some attempt at renovation with new wall paper on one wall but it is really tired. "The staff and the amenities ( face steamer , massage cushion, hair dryer, umbrella ) is above and beyond. The location is the best of all. Near the jr hakata station. The staff are very accomodating. What i dont like is the towels are plced in a box on the bathroom floor besides the trash can which i dont find hygienic. "
