"Breakfast was excellent. Local food options are available. We had a washing machine available in the room which helped us a lot. Hanging clothes in the room was challenging but I found out I could have hung clothes in the bathroom. There are clothes dryers on the 1st floor which helped to dry clothes. Room was very clean, very quiet and I slept well. Overall, it was an excellent stay. "

"Facilities were good overall we did notice a little bit of mold in our room which sometimes in a human environment like this cannot be avoided the staff worked hard and they use technology such as iPads and QR codes to do everything which is very convenient they also have a big storage area for drying Scuba gear"

"This was the low budget option among a larger hotel chain. Therefore, they did offer us free access to the pool of the nicer facility and free parking at a great snorkeling beach. They did not prepare enough towels or sheets, and there was only a worker on call since it was after 8pm, so I didn’t bother with asking that night but they were happy to give us extra the next day. "The resort is fairly large with many options for food. However reservations are recommended as some of the higher demand restaurants may not be able to accommodate. There is no room service, so guests should be proactive when it comes to meals. The quality of service meets and exceeds expectations and while not all staff speak English, there are incredibly patient and will help you get what you need. Spa, car rental, and transportation services to and from the airport and within the resort are available to get around. Amazing snorkeling and water activities right off the beach. "
