Location was at the end of a series of resort properties that are all related. You use a shuttle bus to move between them to access different restaurants and properties. So many opportunities for snorkeling at this beach, a nearby lagoon and at other properties was the highlight. Excellent staff, clean, comfortable rooms, lots to see and do nearby.

Wonderful - the villa was beautiful and spacious, the breakfast was fabulous and there was a beautiful beach outside the hotel. The staff were so lovely too. Highly recommend!

All hotel staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. We asked many difficult questions and they gave us excellent answers. Our room was big and clean. WiFi signal was very good in and outside our room. Buffet options were very good. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again :-)

What a beautiful location and property! We loved staying here and wished we were able to stay longer. Pros: * The staff were outstanding. They went above and beyond for our family. * The location is quiet and just beautiful. * The breakfast buffet, pool, walkability to the beach and a washer/dryer in our room made this stand out. Cons: * Japan is a reservation focused country, we found. We found it a challenge to navigate some of this at this location. If you want to have lunch, for example, you need to make a reservation for the shuttle and a reservation for some of the dining locations - lunch is not provided at this hotel. *

Great staff. Very nice room and the ground is well maintained. Washer and dryer in the room is a huge plus. A big fridge, microwave/toaster , coffee maker and a electronic kettle in the room were all newer and in a good condition. Breakfast is included and was good. The resort was quiet, and we slept well. They gave us Shigira Ocean Sky lift tickets and its parking pass as well. Shgira beach was great for snorkeling.
