"New property. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and big bathroom. Excellent coffee and our rate had breakfast included (large egg sandwich or granola, fruit and yogurt). "I had a really comfortable stay in Neko Yards. The place had a very easy check in process and good communication with the support desk if I needed anything. "Accommodation was excellent with main room, kitchenette, bathroom and separate kitchen. Be aware that the bed(s) are futon style but comfortable. Also second bed was not made up prior to our arrival…we had to construct it after check in. Location is good and within a 10min walk of Hiroshima station. 1 star taken away for the lack of options and coffee choices for the included breakfast."

"Impossible to find. Two taxi drivers brought us to the wrong place. Your property is very badly marked. Eventually went to the Random Hotel who had to bring us there in a taxi. Unable to call you. We spent over 4 hours getting there from Hiroshima Station that is approximately 4 kms from there. Very inconvenient. It was a stressful experience. How can you be located in a place that taxi drivers can't find? Doesn't make any sense. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious for Japan standards and had everything we needed. We did not cook but there was coffee and tea. The location is amazing. Quiet but just around the corner are great restaurants. The memorial site/park/museum was 10-15 minute walk. The day pass made it easy to ride the trams. Communication from our host was wonderful with easy self checkin. Highly recommend! "

"We enjoyed our stay. On arrival we expected there to be beds in both rooms, but only the two queen beds were set up. The owner gave us approval to set up the other room also. We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. "It was a great value for the price! Just a few minutes of walking to the Peace Park and Maple Loop (めいぷループ) bus stops. From here back to Hiroshima station early morning (before 6am), we took the trolley train (searched with Google Maps). This place has all amenities, even a small washer/dryer with detergent. Shower and bath tub are small (as expected), but still good water pressure and hot water. Besides the Peace Park, Atomic Bomb Dome, Peace Memorial Museum, etc., we walked to Okonomiyaki...

Best hotel I've been to?

"Probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Several restaurants to choose from with several more right next door at the train station, which has easy access to trains, trams and buses. The staff are fantastic and the service is excellent. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and serviced every day. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Hiroshima."

"I loved the view of the river from my room. It looked like a postcard. The next day I asked the staff after we had checked for some local shopping, and she got out a map and showed me the best routes via bus or train. Everyone was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Nest Hotel. Very clean and neat premises with a warm atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff.
