"APPALLING SERVICE Made an advance booking and added a note that I'm terribly scared of heights so would appreciate a bottom bunk bed. When checking in around 9am they advised they would not be able to honour the request. They gave me the key but the room was not ready until 12 and they asked me to store luggage in a separate facility. I have asked if they could approve cancellation and refund in that case and they said that they would but I need to contact the booking platform to get this...

"Step by step Instructions for using app and gaining access after hours would have made our first experience with hotel better. Perhaps a YouTube video on how to use door entry app would have helped us and the people who came the next night who we helped. Rooms were average sized. Hotel is clean and staff were lovely. Location is okay. "

"Beautiful and unusual stay in Stockholm. Friendly and helpful staff, arranged for us to leave luggage on early arrival. Freshly prepared and delicious breakfast. It is about 20 minute walk into central Stockholm, but the Metro stop is nearby and the walk is along the river so pleasant if the weather is good."
