Nice property with a great location! The bathroom was a little smaller than we would have liked, but otherwise the room was great. Breakfast was the highlight of this hotel - there were lots and lots of delicious options and a great way to start the day.

We were downgraded to a smaller room, something you DON'T want to experience when travelling with small children. Personnel seemed a but overwhelmed at times with the crowds (i.e. check-in and breakfast area)

Ok place for a one night stay, but there was no airflow which made the room hard to be in for long. The buffet was not good and the staff was awkward. But still an ok place for one night, I just wouldn't recommend paying for breakfast.

I chose one of the small "cabin" rooms without a window, which was brilliant for keeping traffic noise and early-morning sunlight out. However, the walls seem to be quite thin, so things were not always silent. Monsoon showers are always good, and the breakfast buffet was extensive, but the centralised heating was still stuck on summer mode at the end of September, which made the room quite cold

Didn’t like. Very expensive for a very small room. No closet. No tissues. Poor, worn out towels. Rooms old and dirty carpet. No safe. Shower very small.

Positives: - The hotel is a super short walk from Stockholm Central Station. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and it's about a 15-20 minute walk from the old town. - The staff were welcoming, helpful and polite. - The shower cubicle was surprisingly large. Two people could fit in there. Negatives - A standard double room is super small. It comes with a bed, but not additonal furniture like a chair or table. So your bed is where you'll be doing your packaging, unpacking, planning for the day, etc. - With the exception of a small bedside table and an underbed drawer, there isn't any storage space. So if you have a large suitcase, you'll be constantly stepping past it. The underned drawer had 3 hairs in it when I arrived. - Instead of storage, the bed frames have hanging areas (they provide a few coat hangers) and some coat hanger hooks. - Some of the pillows and towels had brownish round stains. - The hotel won't routinely clean your room. I belive this is due to their green policy. Fine, but this there should be more prominent signage. And the very least, a larger waste bin would be nice. - Lighting. Difficult to figure out the dimners. - Lifts. Super slow and confusing. The staff should have a separate service lift. - No iron in the room. Fine. But still, there is one ironing room with one iron (!) for the entire hotel. This can't be to expensive a situation to remedy. C'mon, guys.

200 SEK ekstra for ingenting
Jeg rejste med en gruppe på over 10 andre personer, som tjekkede ind klokken 12h00 uden problemer. Da jeg tjekkede ind klokken 14, blev jeg afkrævet 200 SEK for at få et værelse, selvom der helt tydeligt var ledige værelser at præcis den type, som jeg havde bestilt. Lige præcis mit værelse var ikke ledigt, men for 200 SEK kunne jeg få et værelse af præcis sammen type. Det giver jo ingen mening, men er ren afpresning fra hotellets side

Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell. Hotellet ligger bara några minuters promenad från stationen. Jag stannade två nätter och jag måste säga att mitt rum var otroligt tyst behövdes inga öronproppar, jag sov gott, personalen var fantastiska, frukosten var jätte fräsch. Jag ville verkligen inte åka hem och jag kommer gärna tillbaks
