"Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The room even exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and well-maintained and hotel staff was extremely welcoming, kind and polite and we felt like honored guests the whole time. "Bettei Haruki is unique having only 6 spacious Japanese rooms. We loved their two gorgeous Onsen rooms which were perfect in every detail - will never forget these onsens and will miss them dearly. We had their omasake dinner menu which was served with much care. Well done Bettei Haruki management. "

"Room had a fabulous view out to sea. Booked the hotel for the kids to use the waterslide but it was not open (despite it being September and still very hot) - that was disappointing. The kids did have fun nonetheless in the arcade and squash court. Property was tired and run down, outdoor areas overgrown and not maintained. It was very clean though. Perhaps it is better maintained at peak periods? Staff friendly and helpful."

"Great location if you’re visiting Hyotan Onsen etc. En-suite showers are a little small, and the hot water isn’t very hot (which is strange for a hotel with a hot spring). Not a big deal though because you could just go downstairs and shower in the on site hot spring. The Rooms had a great view of the city and the sea. Overall pretty decent place."

"The buffet for both Dinner and breakfast is nice. My family enjoyed the prawns for steaming at our table. And also we could grill our food at out table for breakfast. Interesting and very fresh."

"From check-in on the first day to check-out on the last we had nothing but a good experience at this hotel. The staff was always friendly and easily available to help us. The room was spacious and clean for a family of 4. The TV was quite small, but it was enough and not the reason for choosing this hotel anyway. "3歳の子どもと2人で宿泊しました。子ども用の浴衣や歯ブラシが置いてあり嬉しかったけれど、ホームページに記載があればパジャマと歯ブラシを持参せずに少しでも荷物を減らせたのにと思いました。たったそれだけを電話等で確認するのも申し訳ないなと思い…ですが、ホテル内はとても快適で、部屋から電車が近く見えたので子どもは大はしゃぎでした。少し気になるのは、駐車場と室内の椅子でした。正面玄関側から入ると地下駐車場？と思ったらただの通り道で、抜けた先がえっ？と思うくらいどっちかわかりませんでした。わかりやすい看板があったらいいなと思いました。あと、室内の肘掛け椅子の座面がまあまあ破れていたのでこれは子どもが気になって触ってもっと破れそうだったのでバスタオルを敷いて対応しました。全体的には満足だったのでまた機会があれば利用させて頂こうと思います。"

"Property decor was a little 70s retro, which was fun for us. That said, the property was clean. We got the half board package which included buffet dinner and lunch. Both had a wide selection of food and were good. Our room had great views of both mountain and sea. In the morning, we saw steam from the onsen in the mountain. Staff were friendly. "
