"It was an unconventional set up but we still had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately the bed wall wasn’t working but it was repaired once reported. We didn’t realise that amenities like tea/coffee/microwave were only available in a shared lounge area which wasn’t close to our room but that was our oversight. "

"This was a great place to stay with a toddler. Our room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. It was a short 10 minute walk to the subway/bus station. The breakfast was sufficient ( eggs, cold cuts, croissants, bread and cereal). We really loved the lattes and the staff. Would stay here again. "

"Excellent receptionist. Room seemed ok, but the sink plug was closed shut. Moved room, toilet blocked, causing room to smell. Found this late, after receptionist left. We were staying only one night anyway. Breakfast area light was flashing. The hotel would be good with a manager who checked - quality control. "

"The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had anywhere—cold cuts, 3 kinds of bread, smoked salmon, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurt, chees, scrambled eggs and bacon, plus cereals, pancakes and coffees and fruit juice. Trafo is easy walking distance from the railway station. My only complaint was a lack of USB ports in the room. I had to borrow an adapter from the front desk, and it took forever the recharge the battery. Not fancy, but excellent service. I would stay again."
