"A nice property in a pretty new development in the middle of Bangsar. Walking distance to an LRT station. Check in is NOT 24 hours, which caused a little bit of a headache, as my arrival was delayed till past midnight (not the establishment's fault), so I couldn't check in that night. Otherwise, a decent place for a short stay"

"We weren’t happy the first couple of days as the toilet in our room was leaking. After a few days of complaining, we finally was moved to a much nicer and bigger room. Overall, the rooms are ok, not very clean, had cockroaches in the rooms and dusty. We could hear the traffic noise too from the 11th floor. The staff are nice and friendly though and service is not too bad. Overall, I think it’s pleasant enough. "

However, this was offset by sleepless nights due to horrific traffic noises that could be heard even on the 33rd FL! 33A above us were also inconsiderate people rearranging furtniture and crashing about at 2AM in the morning. Additionally the owner of 33-03 gave us a defective TV and did not change it even after our complaints. Property maybe good value with a good location but save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. "Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. The rooms had everything you could possibly need. The view was also breathtaking, and they even arranged my room for me earlier than anticipated. Would definitely stay here again, everything in the room was modern, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was walkable to the popular areas. And taxis were easy to get from the hotel to take you to anywhere you needed. Highly recommended!"
