It was beyond horrible! The owner or operator of the apartment never showed up during check-in. I was trying to get hold of him for an hour and did not succeed.

Nice Apartment just above Berjaya Times Square
The shopping mall is on the same building and ita safe as you need the card to access to your room floor. Its easy to find food. Easy access to taxi or grab.
