"Douglas was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in. Property managers were also friendly. Was surprised at the condition of the unit based on the photos though. Could’ve used some renos with marks on walls, discoloured grout, bedroom door with a rip, worn living room cushions, iron with burnt residue that transferred to our clothes, and loft bed’s floor boards were straining when you step on them. "Was here for a few days, the apartments were clean and had good facilities, although if you stay a few days, you'll need to ask for toilet paper or room service. My only negative was the front desk was often deserted, it was only on the last day I was told you could speak to the guard hut in that instance. The location is good, but you must have a car ! Buses and taxis are not easy to go by."

"The property itself was filled with hundreds of Ants when we arrived; on the floor and on the table. The mattresses were broken; springs popped through the mattress fabric. The bed sheets and pillow cases looked and smelled like they haven't been changed for a while. The bathrooms were dirty with broken accessories jutting out dangerously on the sink wall.
