We loved this Hotel complex, it was an Oasis quietly tucked away at the end of Ao Nang beach yet within easy walk of everything. The gardens were a real feature with beautiful tropical planting & sounds of birds etc. The staff were friendly & helpful & couldnt do more to help. The rooms were a tiny bit tired in places but this had no impact on our tremendous stay.

We loved our stay at Krabi resort. We stayed in # F1 Grand suite bungalows which was fantastic. It had its own small pool and was a short distance to the beach. It was so quiet and staff was friendly and accommodating. Our check in was fast and check out just fine. We used the workout gym every morning and found the equipment adequate. We enjoyed our Pilates class with Fid to be fun. The breakfast was great for the 5 days we were there. We highly recommended this resort. We would book again if traveling here.

Pros: Staff kindness and efficiency in check in and check out, great breakfast included, property location was on beach with rooms not requiring crossing a street. We stayed in Pool Villas during Christmas and they were amazing. The resort itself has a very nice pool and is directly at the beach, but it is lovely to have your own pool just getting out of your bedroom. The villas were well equipped, the staff was amazing and friendly, the beach in front of the resort is the last one in the row, so it is not crowded at all, yet you can walk a long way one direction if you want to. You can also take the long tail boats just few minutes away from the resort if you want to visit Railay. Walking out of the resort you are directly on the main street with loads of good restaurants, cafes, shopping or massage options. Overall very positive experience, thank you for making our stay amazing. We will be back.

We had a beachfront and a grand luxury. The area is quiet, safe, and shops and food across the street. Walk to the beach and long tails and restaurants also accessible. Room is clean. We had some friendly frog visitors and a monkey on the roof. Breakfast selection good for all tastes. Would stay again.

This is a really really great hotel. Spotlessly clean - big thank you girls for the housekeeping! Set just off the main strip but very quiet, beautifully landscaped and right on its own private beach. The accommodation is wonderful, the Plunge Pool villas with sun loungers and chairs for relaxing with a few beers after a hard day island hopping from one of the nearby longboats ….,fantastic! Staff so helpful and courteous give such a welcome Can’t wait to return! Big thank you to everyone

Once checking into the hotel, the room conditions were terrible, nothing worked. The a/c didn’t work or the tv. The furniture had mold and the room didn’t look anything like the pictures. When I asked about the different pictures listed they said did you request a pool room, and I said that is what I payed for. The staff was not very helpful until the second time I asked to switch rooms. Beware of the bait and switch

Nice beach front property right in the middle of town. Property itself needs more upkeep. While beachfront villas are nice, the rest of the rooms aren’t great. Leaks from AC unit onto the floor goes unfixed. They were overwhelmed over the holidays but hopefully it gets better at other times.

This hotel was in a good location for Ao Nang, it’s right on the beach, although it’s not the best beach it’s nice enough and you can look out over it whilst having breakfast. You could also easily pickup the water taxis a short walk down the beach. The breakfast was really nice, full range of options. The hotel grounds/gardens are kept really nice and it’s nice to walk around. Where this hotel falls down is on the rooms and pool area. We had a luxury grand pool room, it’s grand in the sense it’s big with high ceilings but was far from luxury, the bath panel was hanging off, the plugs in bath and sink didn’t work and there was a big rusty bolt sticking up from the floor. You got two sachets of Nescafé, sugar and whitener which never got replaced. It was billed as having robes and slippers, didn’t have any, when asked they said they didn’t do them. The air con was so loud, sounded like a jet taking off so there was a choice between not sleeping well because it was too hot or too loud! The main pool was green and didn’t look nice, however the smaller pool was nice. We were only there 3 days but overall we enjoyed our time there mostly out visiting other places and the night market across the way has some good food options. Bottom line it’s nice enough but don’t expect luxury as billed.
