"We stayed there for one night. It sits beside the Kansai International Airport, very convenient for us to catch the morning flight early next day. Having convenience stores and restaurants nearby was great. Very clean and staff were all very friendly. The only thing we were not 100 percent satisfied was that the bathroom didn’t have the body lotion available so we had to go out to buy it. "

"Everyone spoke fluent English!!!!! Which is very rare in Japan! LOCATION! Property and amenities is the best I’ve experienced while visiting Japan(7 days) we stayed here for two nights! Steak house around the corner recommended by a staff was excellent! Small plate style, which was great you got to taste everything and order more of your favorite dish. Super duper cheap!!!! Only cost around $35 with amazing red wine! WOW Train station and bus stop was couple of minutes from the hotel. It is like apartment style. I do believe it was an apartment complex. Laundry was a plus but dryer had no heat(idk if it’s a traditional thing or not?!) took a long time to dry but we didn’t mind! "

A lovely stay

"Staying here was a wonderful way to say goodbye to Japan before flying to our next destination. We booked the Japanese style room and we got the 8th floor. The view was amazing. We saw trains entering the station, planes, the ferris wheel, the city lights and even the sea. The room was spacious, beautiful and the beds cozy. I much preferred this style room to western ones. The location was two blocks to the train station which is two stops from the airport. The only negative was a slight odor in the bathroom which may have been mold or the water but not enough to send any intrepid traveler away. "

"An incredible experience from the moment you enter. The welcome greetings and experience with the entire staff is amazing. They are incredibly welcoming and genuine. The rooms are very traditional Japanese and are gorgeous. The food is excellent and the service of the food is really unique and incredible with dinners in your room. Thank you to the entire team for the special visit."
