When I went in December, the temperature control in the room was broken so my room was too warm for comfort. I was told it was a central problem so changing rooms would not have made a difference. I liked having laundry services included but the housekeeping was inconsistent. At one point, the person took all the dirty towels and did not give us new ones so I was constantly calling housekeeping for stuff. The location of the hotel was very nice though and there is an airport shuttle which is convenient.

"Fantastic hotel. We stayed in an executive suite and had use of the exec lounge for breakfast and also comp afternoon tea and evening drinks. Really easy to use the MTR to get around as station about 300m away! Slow check in however and would be good if they could provide a means to refill water ..."
